went swimming with Sonia today! (:

had quite an enjoyable time uh. didnt go swimming for so long alrdy, must really go more often uh. good way to cut off fats man! haha.
really enjoy swimming than any other sports, cause it makes me feel peaceful inside the water yeah. and the feeling's great, :D

although its only an hour or two, but i feel so refreshed after swimming luh. cool uh!

yaye, so swimming is a damn cool sport, rather than staying at home and do nothing man.
